Carlos Galeana is an award-winning trainer with more than ten years of experience teaching technology and accessibility to staff and clients. He creates LMS courses, designs training curricula, video tutorials, and tip sheets while being adaptive to adult learners. Carlos specializes in leading one-on-one training and group classes in-person and virtually.

Carlos is a trainer at heart. A native Spanish speaker, he has led several bilingual training for staff on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Windows 10.

Originally from Los Angeles, Carlos has called the Pacific NW home for the last ten years. He enjoys spending time with his family, listening to audiobooks, going on long walks, and collecting sneakers. Carlos enjoys learning about emerging technology, accessibility, digital wellbeing, and visual media.

Carlos’ planning for the distribution and training of technology during COVID-19 was featured in Forbes. His work to bridge the digital skills gap was noted by Microsoft.

Carlos was interviewed by the Library Pros podcast for Episodes 45 and 87 and was featured on the Gresham Outlook newspaper.
